A huge thank you to tony and guy Stockport. Just turned up for advice after having a bad hair colour at another salon and they sorted me out. Two kind ladies just made me feel and look so much better. I love my new colour and will definitely will be returning in the future.

Went in with a clear photo and description of what I wanted: lots of all round choppy layers with blunt ends. Got the complete opposite, long limp boring hairstyle. ...hardly any layers, tapered ends and a bouncy blow dry finish, not the tousled look I was after. Guy was nice enough but can't believe that worth a photo and clearly describing what I wanted he could do the exact opposite! Won't be back
