I was so very pleased with the service that both myself and my husband got from your store my husband was very impressed on the service that he got from the optician her name was Misss mehmoush madadi and for the lady that helped to pick his glasses her name was Julie not sure of her last name

I have been for my annual Boots eye test today. I always go there because the optician who carries out my diabetic check is exceptional. He is always positive, thorough and patient.
I also encountered an assistant named Kat who helped me with a repair to my glasses which seemed impossible, by thinking 'out of the box'......a rare quality.
Boots have also offered to replace my glasses as they were slighty damaged during the repair.
All in all I was completely blown away with the efforts of the team who assisted me today.
