Very disappointed so far we told only yesterday that my kitchen install was to start today then got a message this morning to say because one mans child is sick work would not start today as promised. I am absolutely gutted I have been waiting almost 4 months for this work to be done.

Bad service very poor 3weeks in no kitchen I also want a refund they will not give me one. I am not happy please please do not get a kitchen from magnet EVER. Go to B&Q

REALLY BAD SERVICE! My friend, Jane recently had her kitchen revamped by Magnet, only to find two weeks after she had already missed the refund thing; that the worktop hadn't been properly mounted! However the worktop was beautiful, for this I give magnet only one star.
