Awful company to work for. Head office unapproachable a cult comes to mind. They treat their employees how they feel, no duty of care. Good managers leave because of lack of support. Cut price jewellery cut price wage bill, empty promises no management support. Worse mistake i have made the day they head hunted me. Dont make the same mistake as i did stay well away. (Former store manager)

Nothing but DAYLIGHT ROBBERY,DISGUSTING QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND AFTER SALES.Reported my issue to Trading Standards who were v.helpful and are starting a Full investigation into ALL of the branches after recieving 'an unacceptable amount of consumer complaints' maybe i'll get my legal rights instead of Warren James' policy of lying & making rules up about exchanges,credit notes and refunds..or should i say the LACK of them

Bought 2 pairs of crystal ball earrings for my daughters special keepsake 16th birthday present, good price but they are absolutely rubbish.
Two of the posts came out straight away whilst taking the butterfly off.
SPECIAL MOMENT SPOILT! Due to poor quality from Warren James, will never purchase from there again and will advise family and friends not to.

I have just been to warren James today ,and bought a bracelet and earrings. I was amazed at the choice of special offers and bargains. I have used the shop for years and am grateful for such helpful staff ,I am 72 years young and wear clip earrings. My friend wears pierced and told me to buy hooped earrings for a mutual friend I had no idea what they were , the shop was heaving however the assistant smiled and proceeded to show me the style I wanted The staff are always willing and happy to help ,which at this time of year is rare .

As the other person has said - shockingly bad!
I have also purchased a diamond ring online when it arrived it wasn't anywhere near as nice as it looked on the website so I wanted to return for a refund.
No number on the website to call, you can search the entire Internet you will only find branch numbers not the number for the website side of things and all the branches refuse to help you as it was purchased online. You can't even exchange at a store.
I sent 4 emails and not one has been replied too. I have called 3 different branches all refuse to help. This was an expensive ring which I paid for on my credit card so not impressed that I now appear to be stuck with it!!!
I have already issued an official complaint to the insolvency services online.
Distance selling regulations state I can have a refund for unused items purchased online. I contacted warren James the day I signed for the ring and have been unable to speak to anyone.
Not willing to just return the ring to the tiny address as the bottom of my invoice as the website states you need to contact them first and also as the other person has said they have returned the ring and still not received a refund!! What a joke.

I bought a matching set of wedding rings R-U online order made payment they arrived a week later both R size I 'contacted warren jame's for advice on how to return my Hermes delivered the ring back to stockport to be signed for,
that was on 20 june I have heard nothing else from them I have phoned & e-mailed many times the woman in warren james stockport fobbed me off she did not want any details did not know it had been returned with a signature in fact did not want to know why the hell is she employed there ??? very rude sharp person Bad Customer service / lack of people skills What do I do now?????? I was told to sit & wait for how long????? 1 reply for 4 e-mails I want my ring that I ordered & paid for !!!!! come on Warren James wake up your work force learn them some manner s
