After over 15 years of doing business with this company they have doubled the price of services with just 30 days notice after we complained that faults in their API had caused us to lose domain names.
Despite several emails to their Director and several requests for meetings they have failed to address the issues and responded by making their pricing and service levels unworkable.
We've spent several hundred thousand pounds with this company over the last 15 years and yet they refuse to even disclose the names of the people dealing with issues and emails to directors over the last 6 months has resulted in not a single reply.
They treat their customers with utter contempt.
