I have been for my annual Boots eye test today. I always go there because the optician who carries out my diabetic check is exceptional. He is always positive, thorough and patient. I also encountered an assistant named Kat who helped me with a repair to my glasses which seemed impossible, by thinking 'out of the box'......a rare quality. Boots have also offered to replace my glasses as they were slighty damaged during the repair. All in all I was completely blown away with the efforts of the team who assisted me today.
