I would never recommend Homefair Blinds to anyone. I had my Roller Blinds fitted in September, they were put on the wrong way round, when I phoned to complain they said they would send out an Engineer, but they could only come out to do an inspection on a Monday. I then got a phone call in October to say they wouldn't be coming out to inspect the blinds they were just going to replace them. I explained that they had been put on the wrong way, so a Fitter came out on 12th October, agreed they had been fitted wrong, his words were a complete mess up. Even the one in the Bathroom has been put on the wrong way. They were going to re-order and replace, still waiting. I phoned today to be told yet another batch of fabric wasn't up to standard? but they would be eventually be in a position to refit my blinds next week. I was told they don't offer compensation for all the messing around and the fact the blinds are not fit for purpose,, but they would offer a discount on any other blinds I wanted to order, or offer the same discount to my friends. I like to keep my friends so recommendation from me. What a fiasco.
