Specsavers Opticians have provided me with what can only be described as the worst customer service in my entire life. I should have received my contact lenses through the post in November, I had to phone to which there reply was that I had picked up a 6 month supply when I took out the contract, no I only picked up a 3 month supply. They advised that they would order them and they would be delivered to store within 5 days after 7 days went into the store and they had not been ordered, so they had to order them again!! I double checked that my February lenses would be delivered to my home Yes was the reply. Came back of holiday end of March no lenses had been delivered, called the store only to be told they were not due to be delivered till end of April as I picked my last lot up from the store in January (they were Novembers that I picked up in January) So after a lot of discussion I should be able to pick up my February lenses in store the beginning of April and then May’s lenses are due for home delivery. Watch this space!!
