As the other person has said - shockingly bad! I have also purchased a diamond ring online when it arrived it wasn't anywhere near as nice as it looked on the website so I wanted to return for a refund. No number on the website to call, you can search the entire Internet you will only find branch numbers not the number for the website side of things and all the branches refuse to help you as it was purchased online. You can't even exchange at a store. I sent 4 emails and not one has been replied too. I have called 3 different branches all refuse to help. This was an expensive ring which I paid for on my credit card so not impressed that I now appear to be stuck with it!!! I have already issued an official complaint to the insolvency services online. Distance selling regulations state I can have a refund for unused items purchased online. I contacted warren James the day I signed for the ring and have been unable to speak to anyone. Not willing to just return the ring to the tiny address as the bottom of my invoice as the website states you need to contact them first and also as the other person has said they have returned the ring and still not received a refund!! What a joke.
