I used this Company to install flooring in my lounge. Have to say very pleased with the result but as far as Customer Care is concerned it is non -exustent. No respect was shown for our home and we were disgusted about the way it had been treated. We had stayed away for couple if days because space was the essence. When we complained the so called manager 'Sam' called round, shrugged and with a smirk on his face said 'oh well that is lads for you. We are 84 years of age and have raised 4 boys , difference being they were raised with standards. However this Company doesnt understand the meaning of the word. If you were thinking of using Turners of Bramhall for your flooring then think twice. We didnt even receive an apology. Disgraceful behaviour obviously condoned by Sam.
