Shocking. I once went to Stolen from Ivor in Bolton to buy a shirt. When I got it home and opened the packet the sleeve hadn't been stitched properly. When I took it back the manager refused a refund. I had no option but to accept a credit note. When I continued to complain he chased me out of the shop and threw me to the ground. The man was an idiot.
