My wife and I had an overnight coach stop and I haver never stayed in a more through other hotel in my life! The first room we were allocated I wouldn't have let my dog sleep in it. The carpets were stained and badly worn.The t.v. was really ancient with no remote and the bathroom was dreadful. There was wet tea stains on the tray the cups were on. The wallpaper was stained I think damp had caused this. The wardrobe was about 4ft high. Thr 2nd room was a very slight improvement but we couldn't wait to the next morning to get out. There is a comment card asking how the hotel could be improved. I would suggest bring in a bulldozer and flatten the whole site!
