After agreeing to buy a "stock vehicle" in the store, they took a £575 deposit from me. The car was for my daughters 21st birthday and promised to be delivered in just over a week. Despite taking the deposit, they let the car go to someone else while waiting for the credit to come through. They then told us that we would need to wait for 12 weeks for a car! That's 3 months late for her 21st birthday. The money was taken over 2 weeks ago and I am still awaiting my refund. Disgraceful service, poor communication, almost impossible to get hold of anyone on the telephone. We went directly to Renault Manchester, price and deal was the same and great service. Still 12 weeks for a car but at least we have dealt with decent people this time.
