I hired 3 skips from this company, paying them a total of £450.00 in cash. When I hired the last skip, they took it away within 24 hours, before I had even used it, saying they needed it urgently for another customer, who would fill it the same day, and that it would be returned to me within 24 hours. One week later, after numerous phone calls/ text messages, they brought a much smaller skip, approx. half the size of the one I had paid for. It was in particularly poor condition and was left on my drive for approx 5 weeks. After numerous phone calls and promises, and reading many negative reviews, it was clear that it was NOT going to be removed until it suited them. I contacted another skip hire company who agreed to remove it at a further cost to myself of £150.00. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. They are happy to take your money, but afterwards it is impossible to contact them, as their landline no longer accepts in-coming calls, and they never respond to text or voice messages on the mobile. AVOID using them at all costs!!

do not use this company have had two skips of them first skip picked up by another skip company when he dropped the second skip off called back for money.
called tms on many occasions to get it shiffted all promises and excuses but he is very quick to take your money
after that it took 4 weeks to get it moved by another skip company.
i will need more skips in the future will i use them again NO WAY

Why is there no -minus star?
Never use these cowboys, they will take your money asap but leave the skip with you for months, the never answer the phone, terrible service avoid at all costs.

I have resolved the case (nearly) - Arranged for a different company to pick up the skip and now have taken advice from Trading Standards and they have suggested that I pursue through the courts so they can expect a letter from me in the next few days. Skip was on drive for 7 weeks in all - he has complained to me now that he has to drive to Derby to pick it up !!!!

I am still waiting to have TMS's skip collected. I have left messages on both their phones.
I have to take advice as I need to have my drive uncluttered.
I wonder what their problem is? It seems inconceivable that anyone running a business would behave like this.

The skip was not collected yesterday as promised. I have tried to phone at 8am but neither phone is being answered. I wish that I had read the reviews prior to booking this skip.

I had a promise from TMS Skips that the skip that should have been picked up 11 days would be off my premises by 3.30pm. It is now 6pm and the skip is still here in spite of calls to TMS skips landline and mobile.
I would appreciate if anyone had any idea of effective action

What action can I take when TMS will not collect the skip? any ideas. I have now idea how to proceed and I cannot find any info when I search google. I need this skip removed from my driveway as soon as possible

I phoned TMS skip to come and collect their skip from my property 11 days ago. Last Friday I was told that it would be collected by the end of the working day. I have phoned them 4 times a day since then. The answering machine is on all the time and my messages are not responded to.

Please don't use this company, they will waste your time. They will leave their skip in front of your house for weeks and will give you excuses to use your drive as a storage!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't collect their skips!!! It's been now 2 months since it was delivered and they don't bother to collect it!!

Worst service ever!! Oir skip was delieverd the same day yes but We try to have it removed for 5 days now and no one came to pick it up so far!!! We ring every day and they don't care at all. Keep telling me it will be removed the same day and just don't pick my phone call later on. I had to postpone my furniture delivery and this cost me a lot of money!! Don't order skips through them! They are not responsible at all. Don't know when they will come to pick it up now and we are having bday part tomorrow and skip sits on our driveway!! Bastards!
