Awful. You see a bag, you pay for it, and he gets a flat packed version out the back. What you don't know is that he's given you a smaller, different shaped, cheaper bag with the same pattern -so you won't notice til you get home. And he doesn't provide receipts, so you can't return it -you can only swap it. And you have to then pay the difference, despite having already paid the correct price previously. I strongly advise you all to steer clear of this shop!!!!!!!!
