i understand what nickoo is saying,my experience was a bit different,i didnt let them have my gadget,as i had heard some reports about this business before,i went in for a refund of a purchase because it was faulty,i was in my rights to have a full refund,after the staff playing their normal games of trying to fob you off with their rubbish,i stood my ground quoted what i had been told to say from trading standards,i eventually got my refund,however it was not a pleasant experience,all the staff in that shop are quite good at speaking English,until they dont want you to know what they are saying,then they revert to a foreign tongue,i would not recommend this shop to anyone.
