This is simply the best exercise class I have ever come across. For one, Michael Ross doesn't use 'Bootcamp' mentality and shouting..he uses 'Good cop -Bad cop' where, if you really want to push it, you keep up with the specially structured rhythm of the music that plays.
The 15 mins of Martial Arts exercises, is introduced into the 3/4 hour of Kettlebell exercises.
But Michael is also an entertainer! The classes are all fun to do, and yes, it's possible to have fun, while you get fitter faster.
And to think, he has developed it, and no other gym or health centre, in the world ,even, offers it.
It's going to go global...already his classes are a sell out.
You must try it...that is, if you can book on a class!
