I got approved off this company who told me to look for a vehicle telephoned me and told me to find a vehicle email me telling me the same and sent two letters telling me the same. Five days after being approved I moved to a new house so I emailed infinity to tell them my new address and that I was looking for a vehicle and to my horror got an email back off them saying thy wouldn't give me finance and they couldn't help me? I then emailed them to explain the situation and they never even replied. I then emailed citizens advice and told them what had happened and they said me moving house when I had been approved would not make any difference and they said sounds like infinity did another credit check on the new address and they shouldn't of done that as I had been approved and it was pending while I found a vehicle . Or did they do a credit check in the first place when they said they did and said I had been approved??? Or was that a lie? I have the letters and emails so now I am going to check my credit file and see when they did a search on my file then I will add to this review because I don't expect to be lied to from a finance company then be ignored aswell.
