I am really not happy with your staff in your orange shop in the precinct, I am a pensioner and don't know too much about mobiles,
I visited on Wednesday with my Galaxy S 3 mobile which that day had started dropping out on calls and on taking photos. I explained to the Orange advisor and she just said how old is it, and when I said just over two years (bought from Orange) she said yes it's old now.. And sent me on my way.
Why didn't she say it will eventually crash
Why didn't she advise me to download my photos and contacts while I still had it operating. Not that I know what to do now. I phoned Orange when I got home and they said they would email me instructions with advise. Still waiting. It is now Saturday lunchtime and I still haven't heard anything. Can anybody help, I am not impressed with the customer service
