Expensive shop, you expect quality. When things go wrong as in faulty products, I was sent away being advised a pair of children leather kicker boots are not water proof so should not be worn in the rain! I explained this was not the case and there was a fault as there was water coming into the boot. Again I was told this was because of the stitching and will happen. I am talking about a steady leather boot with a reasonable thick sole, not a summer shoe. There was clearly a fault. Having spent £50 on these for my child who has only worn them a few times, I was told that there was nothing that Jakes were prepared to do, either contact Kickers myself or send my child to school in a pair of wellies and change on arrival! What customer experience!
