Appalling customer service. Never showed any interest in the fairly large job I was prepared to offer the company when I made the initial phone enquiry and furthermore, they failed to turn up for an arranged appointment. There was no contact to cancel and no apology when I spoke to them. A terrible way to treat potential customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
