Been back 8 times to have my glasses 'tightened' as they don't fit.
The 'tightening' procedure lasts about2 days but then they are loose enough to fall off if I lean forward.
...added to that they're Varyfocals so I'm permanently pushing them back into place...I'll be changing opticians next time!

I cannot praise the audiologists at Specsavers Hearing test centre highly enough. My 84 year old father put off his hearing test for so long that I contacted them on his behalf. They were the most friendly, helpful and honest people I've dealt with in a long time.
They organised a home visit for his hearing test which was done this morning and left him with new hearing aids (in-ear type rather than his cumbersome older type), literature and all sorts of other things. I've just spoken to him on the phone and he can hear me properly for the first time in 4 years. It's a relief for him and me. He was extremely complimentary about the visit and service. No pressure for private consultations etc, 'NHS is just as good' I was told so it cost nothing either. Many thanks to them.

Specsavers Opticians have provided me with what can only be described as the worst customer service in my entire life. I should have received my contact lenses through the post in November, I had to phone to which there reply was that I had picked up a 6 month supply when I took out the contract, no I only picked up a 3 month supply. They advised that they would order them and they would be delivered to store within 5 days after 7 days went into the store and they had not been ordered, so they had to order them again!! I double checked that my February lenses would be delivered to my home Yes was the reply. Came back of holiday end of March no lenses had been delivered, called the store only to be told they were not due to be delivered till end of April as I picked my last lot up from the store in January (they were Novembers that I picked up in January)
So after a lot of discussion I should be able to pick up my February lenses in store the beginning of April and then May’s lenses are due for home delivery. Watch this space!!
